This convenient unit features sharp, scalloped blades that create a 3/8" slice and allow you to quickly cut through tomatoes and other items without pre-scoring the skin. Scalloped blades are designed to prevent food from tearing and produce intact slices of food while allowing moist, clingy foods to fall away from the blade after slicing to prevent damage. Perfect for tomatoes up to 3 1/2" in size, this unit allows you to cut slices 5 times faster than by hand, making the Tomato Pro a great addition to high volume restaurants, fast food establishments, and other commercial kitchens.

The slicer is mounted on top of a raised, polyethylene base that is resistant to corrosion and designed for constant contact with tomato acids.
