I like to bake my own bread and need a knife that will give me even slices. I FOUND IT! This knife is the greatest thing since "sliced bread" so to speak! I have used it on firm vegetables and fruits, It really works well, giving even and uniform slices every time. This will be my GO TO KNIFE for almost any precise slice job I need to do! LoisL

works well. defintly for my breads this puts left handed cooks at a serious disadvantage. Might want to check your staff, we only use a right hander, but puts 3 cooks at a disadvantage of not being able to cut bread cleanly.
