This chamber vacuum package machine sports a durable stainless steel chamber and body. The long-shaped chamber is also deep drawn for optimized function. The polycarbonate lid sports polished and machined edges and is fitted with gas dampers. This unit is perfect for packaging and preserving raw food, cooked products, and even non-food products that require special protection. It can also be used for low temperature cooking, sous vide, and preparing vacuum-packed products for freezing. Creating an isolated environment from external contaminants, this vacuum packaging machine ensures food is stored in properly hygienic conditions.

This Sammic vacuum packaging machine is sensor-controlled. The high-precision microprocessor creates consistent and accurate results by controlling the vacuum percentage inside the chamber. The sensor ensures vacuum packaged liquids never exceed their boiling point, providing precise and effortless control. The digital control panel is waterproof and made with an anti-scratch plastic that is able to detect fingers in latex gloves. It sports a simple, intuitive interface with a backlit, tactile keyboard. A pause button makes marinating a breeze, allowing you to "freeze" the vacuum phase and restart it from the same point. A stop button allows you to end the vacuum stage at any time. It also features a bag sealing program for performing packaging cycles and can memorize up to 25 different vacuum programs. The LCD color screen digital display is able to display all the program values at once. It provides clarity on the exact vacuum percentage in absolute values while the clear methacrylate lid makes it easy to monitor the vacuum process. This unit features Bluetooth connectivity and can connect to the Sammic VAC app for greater custom control. It is also ready to connect to the compatible printer (sold separately) and will display printer connectivity status on its display screen.

To provide a consistent, powerful vacuum, this machine uses a Busch pump with a capacity of 700 cf/h and a total loading of 1 1/4 hp. It has a pump drying program that helps to improve the durability of the machine and a working hours counter display to help you keep track of when the oil needs to be changed. The built-in safety system provides protection from potential vacuum failure. Its vacuum PLUS functionality allows up to 10" of additional vacuuming at a 99% vacuum. This creates greater air extraction. A staged vacuum program staggers the vacuuming process for easier preservation of porous and soft products. This unit is ready for connectivity to a Vac-Norm external vacuum kit (sold separately). An inert gas injection system can provide enhanced product conservation.

This vacuum packaging machine is equipped with 2 cordless 17" sealing bars. The cordless design provides an obstacle-free chamber for improved hygienic conditions. These bars are designed to guarantee a secure, double seal. When working with products that are fragile or sport sharp edges, this unit uses decompression to prevent damage to the product or the bag. Once sealed, a soft air feature is standard and allows air back into the vacuum chamber slowly after sealing to prevent crushing or damage to the sealed food. Additionally, the chamber comes with a filler plate to help save time when sealing smaller batches. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
