This True TRCB-79 4 drawer
refrigerated chef base uses
an oversized refrigeration
system (134A) to hold
temperatures between 33 degrees and
38 degrees Fahrenheit. The exterior of the
True TRCB-79 consists of a
stainless steel front, top
and sides and the rear has an
aluminum finish. The drawers
also have a stainless steel
front. The interior is NSF-
approved, white, vinyl-coated
aluminum coated sides ant
top, coved corners and a 300
series stainless steel floor.
The top of the True TRCB-79
is insulated to eliminate
heat transfer to the interior
of the cabinet. The
countertop can support up to
1084 lbs. of equipment. The
True TRCB-79 has 4" casters
and an exterior-mounted,
digital temperature monitor.
It is a front breathing and a
self-contained system. Its
overall dimensions are 79"W x
30 1/2"D x 20 1/2"H (height
does not include 5" for
casters). The True TRCB-79
comes with a one year
warranty on parts, one year
on labor and an additional
four years on the compressor
only (no labor). This product
is also known as TRCB79, TR-
CB-79, TRC-B79, TRU TRCB 79,
TRCB 79 and TRU TRCB 79.
About Common Carrier Shipments: We want your delivery to go smoothly, so we kindly ask that you read the
following tips:
(1) When your delivery arrives, how are you going to remove it from the delivery truck? Please keep in mind that the truck driver does not have to help you. Since you are reading this, it is likely that you are ordering an item that is heavy or bulky. If this is the case, we highly recommend that you select the lift gate delivery option when you place your order. This will ensure that the truck that makes your delivery is equipped with a lift gate which can safely lower heavy freight from the truck down to ground level. If you have a delivery dock or a forklift it is likely that you do not need a lift gate delivery. Not sure if you need a lift gate? Please contact us before you place your order, and we will be glad to make a recommendation.
(2) Have a plan in place for getting equipment into your building and set in place. This is completely your responsibility. The truck driver definitely will not help with this! Check the spec sheet before placing your order, to ensure that it will physically fit through your doorways, under ceilings, etc.
(3) When your delivery arrives you will be asked to sign the bill of lading. By signing the bill of lading, you are saying that you have received the product, and it is in good condition. So it is very important that you inspect your merchandise before you sign for it! If there is any damage to the product or the packaging, you must write “Product Damaged” clearly on the bill of lading before signing it! Following these instructions will make it possible for us to help you resolve the problem.
(4) We ship via a variety of freight carriers. We want you to be prepared to receive your delivery when it arrives, so we won’t “keep you in the dark!” We will email the freight carrier name and tracking number to you on the business day after your product ships.
