It is fully insulated for superior heat retention, and a moist / crisp humidity control allows you to further customize your settings to accommodate whatever food you're working with.
Made of reinforced sheet steel, this drawer warmer can hold one full size food pan up to 5 1/4" deep in each drawer. The 3B84DT72 29" free-standing 2 drawer warmer sits on 4" NSF approved adjustable legs. It is ETL Listed and requires a 208/240V electrical connection.
