This non-humidified, single cavity unit is perfect for food items that require even, dry heat to stay at proper serving temperatures. Your staff can keep the easy-to-use vents open and allow moisture to escape or closed to retain it inside the drawer warmer. This freestanding, low profile cabinet has a single temperature control for its three drawers, which can each fit a standard full size food pan. Plus, its heating elements produce 1015W of power, ensuring that your food never drops below food safe holding temperatures.

This unit is insulated on its top, sides, and back for increased energy efficiency, while its low velocity convected air system and digital electronic controller make for easy temperature control and accuracy. Thanks to its (4) 2" casters--two swivel and two locking--this unit can be transported from place to place.

Inside, the drawers feature strong 12-gauge stainless steel slides, which are more durable in comparison to the 18-gauge material used in most standard warmers. The drawer slides operate on top of nylon rollers, which are better than metal ones as they won't warp, bend, or rust over time. Additionally, the chrome handles are designed with an angled shape to deflect cart traffic and protect this unit. The heavy duty hardware on this warmer can withstand frequent use in any kitchen.
