It slides freely on nylon rollers, which are better than metal ones as they won't warp, bend, or rust over time. Vent slides on the drawer allow you to control how much moisture escapes or stays inside, so the texture of food remains perfect right up until it's time to serve it!

An angled touchscreen above the drawer allows you to visually control the temperature inside. A timer alerts you audibly and visually when the holding time is up so you won't forget about food in the drawer.
