It is fully insulated on all sides for superior heat retention, and a moist / crisp humidity control allows you to further customize your settings to accommodate whatever food you're working with.
Made of reinforced sheet steel, this drawer warmer can hold one full size food pan up to 5 1/4" deep in each drawer. The Toastmaster 3B80AT72 29" built-in 2 drawer warmer can be easily installed in wood fixtures. It is ETL Listed and requires a 208/240V electrical connection.
