This chip warmer utilizes a first-in, first-out system so that you can load your chips through the wide opening in the top doors and then scoop them out through the front door so your customers always get the freshest food. This design, along with the internal baffle, ensures that the chips are scooped up, not down, which ensures less breakage. The front door also serves as a shelf to scoop chips for even easier service. This unit is designed for counter-service, free standing, or to be set into wall openings. The pass-through feature allows the unit to be filled from the back and served from the front, so that you can set it into a wall opening in your restaurant and let wait staff easily refill baskets of warm chips while the kitchen staff is in charge of refilling the warmer as necessary. If mobility is a must, it can also be mounted to the Texican portable stand (sold separately), giving you the option to move between locations with ease.

This Texican chip warmer is equipped with thick, clear Lexan loading doors. Lexan is a polycarbonate resin thermoplastic that is as clear as glass, but offers a high level of impact resistance that has 250 times the impact resistance of glass. You won't have to worry about accidentally slamming the doors shut during a rush, because these doors offer extreme durability. With a low level of flammability, these doors can withstand high temperatures, while also making it easy for you to keep an eye on the level of chips without having to open the doors. The warmer's stainless steel design not only ensures long-lasting performance, but also combines with the removable front door and 4" adjustable legs to make cleaning as quick and simple as possible.

The interior fan circulates air through the inside of the cabinet with convection style heating so that the chips are evenly heated. The unit has a 60-250 degree Fahrenheit thermostat to prevent overheating and ensure consistent temperatures. The unit also uses less than 50% of the power needed for a typical 3-drawer warmer because it maintains a constant temperature which reduces the heating requirements. By keeping the heat inside the cabinet, the dispenser will not add to your kitchen area heat which creates a more comfortable environment for your staff. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
