This chip warmer utilizes a first-in, first-out system so that you can load your chips through the wide opening in the top doors and then scoop them out through the front door so your customers always get the freshest food. This design, along with the internal baffle, ensures that the chips are scooped up, not down, which ensures less breakage. The front door also serves as a shelf to scoop chips for even easier service. This can be stored in your kitchen as a free standing unit or, if mobility is a must, it can be mounted to the Texican portable stand (sold separately), giving you the option to move between locations with ease.
