Maximize the efficiency of warewashing with this Steril-Sil LSS-44-BN mobile sorting station. Featuring a sorting table and soak sink, the station is perfect for virtually any food service operation, providing a convenient place for staff to soak and categorize dishes for drying.

The sorting table is made of type 304 stainless steel and features a heavy-duty, 14 gauge top. To help contain dishes and water, the bull-nosed top is designed with raised edges on all sides. The bottom of the table is outfitted with front locking casters and a 3-sided frame for added stability, while the open front makes it easy to slide the soak sink underneath for out-of-the-way storage.

This soak sink is made of ultra heavy-duty stainless steel for long-lasting use. It accommodates a standard size dish rack to make tranferring dishes in and out of the sink fast and easy. It even features a set of casters for added movement. These make it possible to roll the sink beneath a table or counter for out-of-the-way storage. Plus, it's built with a twist lever drain, so it's easy to clean after use.
