This unit features independently operated zones with (6) 3.5 kW SM-351R drop-in induction ranges that can be quickly removed for cleaning or maintenance. Each burner boasts a 110 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit temperature range and 20 temperature settings. This unit is equipped with exclusive SmartScan® technology, which delivers precise heating, optimal energy efficiency, and voltage protection. A built-in power management system provides power to the entire cooking station, eliminating the need for multiple receptacles.

With pan size and pan type recognition, this unit helps protect your cookware from damage and prevent food from burning. The ranges are easy to operate with knurled knobs that provide better grip and control. Plus, the individually mounted controls feature a digital LED display, so you can set the ranges to the exact settings without any guesswork. The stainless steel top and 5 mm thick tempered glass burners are durable and easy to wipe down at the end of the day.

This model boasts a type 304 stainless steel welded construction for exceptional durability. Fully sealed welds add strength and prevent the buildup of food particles and bacteria. The exterior cabinet has a slim 48" width to save valuable floor space. This unit's 5" stainless steel backsplash protects your walls, while the fixed interior shelf allows you to keep cooking utensils, condiments, and other supplies accessible. This cart sits atop (4) 5" heavy-duty swivel locking casters, making it easy to maneuver even in cramped back-of-house areas.
