For high-quality, small-batch gas smoking and barbecuing, Southern Pride SRG-400 stainless steel gas smoker - 65,000 BTU is the perfect tool! The convection air system implements a 19 kW burner that ignites 2-3 fireplace-sized logs to heat the smoker cabinet and the firebox to the desired temperature needed to achieve maximum texture, aroma, and delectable flavors. The fan in the convection system draws smoke from the firebox and circulates it all throughout the smoker cooking cabinet while the Subterthermic flue works to increase smoky flavor and heat efficiency while decreasing wood usage.

This smoker is crafted entirely from sturdy stainless steel, ensuring easy cleaning, durability, and longevity of use. The SRG-400 comes standard with (14) 18" x 26" product racks that hold a maximum of 27 chrome plated product racks with 1 1/2" spacing. Additionally, a digital thermostat allows you to adjust the cook temperature within a range of 140-325 degrees Fahrenheit.

The smoker will maintain consistent temperature throughout the cook cycle to guarantee dependable, delectable results.
