The convection air system implements a compact electric 2,250 watt burner that ignites woodchips in the dual woodchip box to heat the smoker cabinet and the firebox to the desired temperature needed to achieve maximum texture, aroma, and delectable flavors. The fan in the convection system draws smoke from the firebox and circulates it all throughout the smoker cooking cabinet to maximize both smoke output and heat efficiency. Simply set the cooking time and temperature and load your product - it's that easy!

This smoker is crafted entirely from sturdy stainless steel, ensuring easy cleaning, durability, and longevity of use. The SC-300 comes standard with 20 rack slides with 1 1/2" spacing, and (5) 18" x 26" chrome plated product racks. Power cord sold separately. Additionally, a digital thermostat allows you to adjust the cook temperature within a range of 80-325 degrees Fahrenheit.
