For high-quality smoking and barbecuing, the Southern Pride MLR-850 stainless steel gas rotisserie smoker - 125,000 BTU is the perfect tool! The convection air system implements a 37 kW burner that ignites 2-3 fireplace-size logs to heat the smoker cabinet and the firebox to the desired temperature needed to achieve maximum texture, aroma, and delectable flavors. The fan in the convection system draws smoke from the firebox and circulates it all throughout the smoker cooking cabinet while the Subterthermic flue increases smoky flavor and heat efficiency while it decreases the necessity of wood usage.

This smoker is crafted entirely from sturdy stainless steel, ensuring easy cleaning, durability, and longevity of use. The MLR-850 comes standard with (4) 5-tier rack hangers that hold a maximum of (20) 18" x 22" chrome-plated product racks with 3 1/2" spacing. Additionally, a digital thermostat allows you to adjust the cook temperature within a range of 140-325 degrees Fahrenheit. The smoker will maintain consistent temperature throughout the cook cycle to guarantee dependable, delectable results.

Designed to be extremely accessible, the MLR-850 features a rotisserie that can be advanced using either the rotisserie advance button or the rotisserie foot pedal for simple hands-free operation. The convection fan access door allows the fan blade to be accessed from the outside of the smoker for quick and easy cleaning to ensure proper airflow and to prevent the fan motor from failing.
