Made from a high-tech resin composite that's designed to look like wood, this San Jamar TC152012GV Tuff-Cut cutting board is ideal for high-heat applications. It's rated to withstand temperatures of up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit without any warping or scorching, making it perfect for meat carving or for use as a pizza peel or bread board. This board is also safe to use with serrated knives. Dishwasher safe, it's easy to clean so that you can quickly reuse it at your restaurant or buffet, or at your next catering event. A groove design around the perimeter of the board keeps juices from meats, fruits, and vegetables from getting on counters, reducing messes and cross-contamination. It has overall dimensions of 15" x 20" x 1/2".
