Protect your countertops and prevent cross-contamination with this San Jamar CBG1520KC Saf-T-Grip 6-board cutting board system. Thanks to the patented Food Safety Hook on each board, you can easily carry these boards around the kitchen without fear of contamination from hands or clothing, and at the end of the night, you can hang them in a designated area for safe drying and storage. They also have the original "Kolor-Cut" System that helps monitor safe preparation of different types of food. This system includes boards in the following colors: red, white, yellow, green, blue, and brown. To prevent cross-contamination, a color-coded Smart Chart is included to help you keep track of what color board you use for vegetables, fruit, meats, and other foods.
Constructed of a durable co-polymer material, these boards provide superior heat, chemical and warp resistance in commercial dishwashers. They are made to help limit unwanted knife dulling, but tough enough to prevent unsafe cut-grooving where dirt and bacteria can hide. For additional convenience, these boards feature an embossed ruler with both inch and centimeter graduations to aid in measuring and portioning.

I wasn't sure if I should pay more for boards with the grip. After using them, wouldn't imagine going any other way. Our cooks love them, especially for the fact that the boards don't slide on the table.

in the food service industry, we are required by the Health Department to use color coded cutting boards so that we don't cross contaminate. This set is great!!
