The included 1 qt. stepped tray condiment center is perfect for condiment portion control packs, portion cups, and other accessories to create a convenient one-stop location for all of a customer's condiment needs!

Each pump is made of high impact plastic and sits on top of a tamper resistant lid so only your employees can access the inside, while the 22 gauge stainless steel boxes protect condiments from contamination and offer a sleek appearance. All together, this system is easy to clean and maintain while providing the strength and durability needed for concession stand or restaurant use. What types of condiments can I use with this pump?: According to the manufacturer, this pump will handle standard condiments like ketchup and mustard, and condiments that contain soft particles up to 1/8", such as sliced peppers. Condiments that contain seeds and chunks of peppercorn are not recommended, as the seeds can cause the pump to jam.
