What types of condiments can I use with this pump?

According to the manufacturer, this pump will handle standard condiments like ketchup and mustard, but it is not recommended for dispensing condiments that contain solid / thick chunks, like salsa. Condiments that contain seeds and chunks of peppercorn are also not recommended, as the seeds can cause the pump to jam. When dispensing thicker condiments, such as mayonnaise, daily pump cleaning is highly recommended to avoid clogging.

Effortlessly dispense condiments from all kinds of containers by using the San Jamar MODP4900CC FrontLine modular condiment dispenser pump! This extremely versatile pump system can dispense condiments using a 1 gallon jar, a #10 can, a Cryovac bag, and even direct pour, making set-up, tear-down, and refills easier than ever. Conveniently, the kit comes with a bag adaptor and plug to work with your standard 1.5 gallon Cryovac bags. Plus, the silver Soft-Touch pump is made of high impact plastic and sits on top of a tamper-resistant lid, meaning that only your employees can access the inside. To keep your countertop clean, a removable drip tray is also included to catch any excess product!

Attached to the right side of the pump is a double cup dispenser that fits portion cups measuring 1 1/2" to 2 5/16" in rim diameter. Four included gaskets allow a range of cup sizes to fit perfectly for dispensing. This EZ-Fit technology ensures that only one cup is dispensed at a time to promote a safe and sanitary condiment station, while the dual slots allow you to offer twice the amount of dine-in cup options that are sure to never run low.
