Make sure your salad is clean and dry by utilizing this Sammic ES-100 stainless steel salad spinner. By making sure that your salad is dry, you can better control portion sizes and make sure that signature dressings cling to lettuce leaves. This model has 3 cycles that dry salad for 1, 2, or 3 minutes by using a 3/4 hp motor that spins the basket up to 900 rpm. So you can keep an eye on your salad during the drying cycle, this model has a heavy-duty transparent lid. For easy access to the basket, the lid has a self-opening mechanism.

This salad dryer is made of durable stainless steel so that you can be sure it will stand up to harsh conditions in your kitchen's prep area. Inside, the salad dryer has a removable stainless steel basket so you can easily clean out the unit after use. Since it also has a weight distribution detection system, this salad dryer won't rattle during operation. It has a lock-in mechanism that ensures the basket is properly secured before the cycle starts and a braking mechanism which stops the basket from turning before the lid opens.

Designed to be mobile, this salad dryer has casters with brakes so that it can be moved into the prep area when needed. Its compact size also allows this unit to be stored away underneath a standard counter when it is not needed, freeing up floor space. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
