This fry cutter has a light yet strong stainless alloy frame for durability and it is designed in a way that allows a food pan (sold separately) to fit underneath. For your employees' safety this model has an extended handle so you can achieve optimum results with minimal effort. The handle is also assisted by a spring that helps return the handle to its highest position after each cut.
