The Rubbermaid 9F97 Proserve end load bun pan rack is an innovative transport and storage solution! Thanks to its patent pending "PanGuard" locking bar, sheet pans are held securely on the rack during transport.

Additionally, the pan holders are designed to hold the pans at their base, rather than their edge, for added support. This end loading bun pan rack has rounded plastic corners to protect walls, doors, and other equipment in your kitchen and restaurant.

The Rubbermaid 9F97 Proserve bun pan rack comes with four 5" non-marking swivel plate casters (two are locking), and can hold up to 300 lbs. It is NSF Listed and USDA Meat & Poultry Group Compliant.
