This food processor is the perfect way to cut down on prep time and boost productivity in your kitchen! With a powerful 1 1/2 hp motor, this robust unit packs the requisite power and torque to handle large quantities of fruits and vegetables. Its build includes a durable base and a belt-driven motor with a stainless steel motor shaft and blades that will hold up to the demands of commercial operations. The CL50 Ultra comes with a continuous feed attachment to further increase prep speed, and a disc kit that includes everything you need to create your signature Tex-Mex dishes. Discs include (1) 2 mm (5/64") slicing disc, (1) 3 mm (1/8") slicing disc, (1) 5 mm (3/16") slicing disc, (1) 3 mm (1/8") grating disc, (1) 5 mm (3/16") grating disc, and (1) 10 mm (3/8'') dicing kit. The set even includes a dice cleaning kit and a wall mount rack to conveniently store the extra discs.

This food processor features large hopper designs that are well-suited to processing bulk batches of a particular ingredient, with one 6 11/16" x 3" kidney-shaped hopper for big bulky items like cabbage or tomatoes, and one 2 1/4" diameter cylindrical hopper to accommodate long or delicate vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, and mushrooms. Simply place a container beneath the feed chute to catch processed foods and you can get right to work! This unit can process up to 1 lb. of produce a minute, and up to 100 lb. an hour! As an added space-saving feature, the processor utilizes lateral ejection, so you can place a bowl or storage container directly on the side of the unit as it transfers product into the container. Additionally, the lid and pusher design eliminates potential catch areas where food particles could accumulate, making cleaning and sanitation as easy as possible. It's also compact in size, which makes it suitable for establishments that have limited counterspace. And because it disassembles, you can easily store it away when not use. Additional results may be achieved with the use of one of the available 52 discs (sold separately). The food processor requires a 120V connection for operation.
