With a powerful 1 hp motor, this robust unit packs the requisite power and torque to handle large quantities of fruits and vegetables. Its build includes a durable base and a direct drive motor with a stainless steel motor shaft and blades that will hold up to the demands of commercial operations. The CL40 comes with a continuous feed attachment to further increase prep speed, and is compatible with an incredible range of discs (sold separately). Purchase discs for slicing, grating, shredding, and even ripple cutting to make this unit as multi-functional as possible!

The continuous feed attachment features a hopper with a wide diameter that can hold up to 7 tomatoes at a time. The cylindrical feed tube is ideal for processing vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, celery, and other produce similar in shape. As an added space-saving feature, the processor utilizes lateral ejection, so you can place a bowl or storage container directly on the side of the unit as it transfers product into the container.

For added convenience, the components of this food processor are easily disassembled and dishwasher-safe, making cleaning a breeze. It's also compact in size, which makes it suitable for establishments that have limited counterspace. And because it disassembles, you can easily store it away when not use. The food processor requires a 120V connection for operation.
