Quickly prepare up to 300 meals a day with the Robot Coupe CL50 Gourmet continuous feed commercial food processor! This sturdy machine features (1) 6 3/16" x 3" kidney-shaped stainless steel hopper and (1) 2 5/16" diameter cylindrical stainless steel hopper that can accommodate vegetables and other items in a variety of shapes and sizes. Plus, attachments are easy to remove and clean! the processor also features external ejection and automatic restart when using the large pusher to facilitate speedy processing.
A 1/8" brunoise and a 1/8" waffle / gaufrette disc are included so that you can begin processing right away. Boasting an all metal motor base for durability, this versatile unit can slice, grate, shred, dice, and julienne, as well as create waffle, ripple, brunoise, and French fry cuts with one of the additional processing discs (sold separately).
The Robot Coupe CL50 Gourmet is ETL Listed and requires a 120V electrical connection for operation. The machine's 1.5 HP motor is fan cooled for maximum performance and includes a magnetic safety system and motor brake for extra operator protection.
