Regal Granulated Onion is a free flowing coarse powder. This product resembles cornmeal or granulated sugar in size. The flavor is very similar in characteristics to garlic, but is much milder and sweeter. It is so popular because it's convenient to use and gives instant onion flavor to any meal.
