Save time cutting brownies, cookies, cake, pastry or pasta dough, and pie crust strips with the Paderno World Cuisine 47822-07 multi-wheel, double-sided dough cutter. This multi-wheel dough cutter features a fluted set of wheels for fancy pastrys and desserts and a plain set of wheels for cutting dough and cookies. A locking device assures even and uniform cuts everytime you use it. Simply loosen the set screw, adjust rods to desired spacing, and lock.

Each dough cutter is constructed of stainless steel and features five wheel cutters on each side, 2 1/8" in diameter.
