This Matfer Bourgeat 141006 38 wheel pastry cutter is constructed of stainless steel, making it extremely durable and resistant to rust. A real time saver, this tool is great for cutting even the thickest pastry dough, or even pizza dough, and is sure to make precise, measured cuts every time. Its 38 large wheels, each measuring 3 7/8" in diameter, are spaced by at least 1/3". The gap space is adjustable by changing the distribution of plastic disks on the main roller shaft.

This long pastry cutter boasts two comfortable handles on either side of the roller for easy and safe use. Simply lay out your dough on a smooth, hard surface, and use this pastry cutter as you would use a rolling pin, and in no time you will have an abundance of uniform dough strips.
