Its framework is constructed of 1 1/2" wall tubing, while its angle runners are made of 1 1/4" x 1 5/8" wall angle. It's designed to hold (7) 26" x 29" baskets with 10 3/4" space between each tier, offering plenty of utility for your establishment. This unit is compatible with Nestier, Buckhorn, and Lewis brand crisping baskets.

Featuring a convenient drip tray, you can be sure that any moisture is contained to prevent wet floors. This unit includes (4) 5" platform type swivel casters for smooth mobility, allowing you to easily move the crisping rack to wherever it is needed.
