With its 1480W of available heat output, this unit holds your product at controlled, safe holding temperatures, while the included water reservoir keeps foods moist for better flavor and quality appearance. This unit can reach a temperature of 180 degrees Fahrenheit in 16 minutes and features a unique "break-away" clutch motor, which allows your customers to turn the rack in either direction to reach the desired food product when the door is open. Its eye-catching, modern graphics will entice customers and increase impulse sales. Plus, this piece of equipment can be used to show off other food items such as pies, focaccia, cake, fresh bread, and individually packaged slices for on-the-go customers.

Thanks to its functional design, this single door merchandiser is a convenient addition to your concession stand, convenience store, or snack bar.
