The Nemco 55876-CT Straight Chip Twister front plate assembly is a direct replacement for the face plate of the 55050AN-CT Chip Twister, and lets you create mounts of delicious Saratoga Swirls quickly and easily! It's best to purchase the Nemco 56278 rubber stop (sold separately), as well when replacing your Chip Twister front plate assembly. If you'd like to convert your existing 55050AN series fry cutter into a Straight Chip Twister, you'll need this front plate assembly plus the rubber stop.
