This InterMetro C599-SFC-U full size holding/proofing cabinet provides maximum control, convenience, and usability. You'll save energy thanks to its full perimeter of 1" thick insulation.

Rapid heat-up and recovery times are a result of its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. A digitally controlled dual-element heating and humidity system ensures precise control over heat and humidity. Because temperature is prioritized over heat generation, your food will stay at the proper temperature, enhancing food safety. Top mounted user-friendly controls are easy to access, read, and clean.

The C599-SFC-U features a clear, dual-pane tempered glass door, and a stainless steel exterior.

The C599-SFC-U has universal wire slides that adjust in 1 1/2" increments, and can hold 18" x 26" sheet pans, and 12" x 20" steam table pans. Since the slides adjust, you can tailor the configuration to fit your particular application.
