Metro C549N-SU Details
Transport food, ingredients, or even beverages while keeping them at safe hot or cold holding temperatures with this Metro C549N-SU full size non powered insulated holding cabinet! Featuring a foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation over a type 304 stainless steel shell, this holding cabinet is ideal for heavy duty applications where durability and energy efficiency is key. This holding cabinet has a solid door with a high strength magnetic lock to keep it closed during transport, while its molded in handles act as full body bumper for easy manueverability. Plus, its high temperature cabinet-mounted Santoprene gasket locks in temperatures, allowing it to hold food hot for up to 5 hours or cold for up to 3 hours.
This unit has (4) 5" donut neoprene wheels for easy maneuvering, and 2 wheels have a brake for keeping it securely in place. This holding cabinet comes standard with 17 nickel-chrome plated universal wire slides, but it can accommodate up to 34 slides. These slides allow it to hold:
- 18" x 26" sheet pans
- 12" x 20" steam pans
- Gastronorm pans
