The Metro C5 4 Series C545N-SU half size insulated non-powered red transport cabinet provides maximum control and convenience for keeping your food at the optimal serving temperature while on-the-go. Standing at only 37 3/4" tall, this cabinet is small yet mighty, as its universal slides hold up to (8) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (16) 12" x 20" steam table pans on 1 1/2" adjustable increments. Its high-quality insulation with foamed-in-place polyurethane polymer panels ensures that the cabinet maintains the optimal temperature, so your food's freshness is always preserved - with food staying hot for up to five hours and cold for up to three hours. Plus, the panels have molded in handles, adding extra protection during transport.

This cabinet features solid, insulated, 304 type stainless steel construction with a high-density polyethylene exterior for superior strength and durability. A one-piece, double-hinged solid door swings out 180 degrees for optimal convenience during loading and unloading, and the door features a magnetic latch with lever-action release for quick access to the cabinet's interior. In addition, (4) 5" plate-mounted casters with two brakes provide mobility and stability.
