Medium Duty Stainless Steel Mandoline Product details

This medium duty mandoline is manufactured with 18/10 stainless steel and designed for low volume usage. It'd be perfect for at home or restaurants that aren't in need of a mandoline on a regular basis. The unit comes complete with three interchangeable cutting blades and a plastic safety pusher. The handles and feet are made of rubber, which provides stability during use. The top levers of the mandoline allow thickness adjustments to 1/2". The mandoline slicer is designed to slice, waffle, and jullienne cut a variety of fruits and vegetables.The overall dimensions of the mandoline slicer are: 6 1/2"W x 19 1/2"D x 8"H when not folded. It conveniently folds up for easy storage.

In comparison to other mandolines we carry, this particular mandoline is an entry level slicer. It does offer the ability to change the thickness of your cut and it comes with interchangeable blades, but we carry other mandolines that have a wide variety of features.
