This box smoker utilizes an auto-feed water system and a 5 gallon water jug to create effortless water smoking. This unit does not require water, however, as it is also capable of dry smoking. This box smoker sports a 13-gauge double wall construction with 1" insulation, ensuring your meat, seafood, and vegetables are smoked to perfection. Its matte black exterior is sleek and looks great in any setting. This unit comes equipped with two built-in thermometers. The included grates can be placed in seven different positions for customized cooking. The 22" x 18" grate provides an impressive cooking area. This extremely efficient smoker can run at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for at least 8 hours on only 20 pounds of charcoal!

Its cast-iron spin vents are placed at the bottom of the firebox to allow precise draft control, while the built-in Guru adapter allows temperature controller mounting.
