Choose a quality and reliable cooker with this Meadow Creek BBQ96 chicken cooker trailer. This cooker is the perfect choice for grilling large quantities of chicken. It sports three double-sided grates that are made with T304 stainless steel. They are extremely durable and easy to clean. Each sandwich-style grate can hold over 40 lb. of chicken that can be easily rotated with just one hand for even, thorough cooking. The three grates have a total capacity of 120 lb. of bone-in chicken! This extremely generous capacity makes this unit perfect for high-volume commercial cooking applications. It is ideal for large crowds at fundraisers, events, or fairs.

This cooker trailer is designed to be well-suited for the road. The angle frame it is built on is strong and reliable. It sports a 2" ball hitch and comes with safety chains for convenient transport. The wheel jack is heavy-duty, while the rubber torsion axles and 18" tires are entirely road-worthy. This extremely mobile unit has reflector strips, DOT-compliant flush-mount LED lights, and a VIN plate, allowing you to get out on the road with minimal extra effort. When you arrive at your destination, simply add approximately 30-35 lb. of charcoal per pit for the first rack of 40 lb. of chicken. Add approximately 10-15 lb. of charcoal for any rack thereafter.
