Bring the taste and quality of authentic ravioli to your kitchen with the KitchenAid KRAV ravioli maker attachment for your KitchenAid stand mixer! This impressive attachment allows you to easily seal rows of ravioli using meat, cheese, vegetables, or other fillings. The wide roller creates three rows of large-pocket ravioli, and the included filling scoop helps you to easily spread ingredients and fill each corner of the hopper. For maximum convenience, the unit can be hand washed when finished, and the special cleaning brush ensures each corner of the roller is clean. dough filling hand love much misalignment meal maker friends family

I love my KA pasta roller and cutters, but I didn't love this ravioli maker quite as much. You have to be quite precise with dough size and consistency as well as filling. Thin patches in the dough, misalignment of the dough sheets, or too damp filling all cause issues. A lot of hand separation was needed. It's just not quite as easy as I'd hoped. I think I'm quicker by hand, especially if I'm just making a meal for family or a few friends.
