I make a lot of bread and these bowls are exactly what i needed would not be with the second bowl Anyone who buys the KSMC 8 should also purchase another 8 quart and a 5 quart bowl you will not regret it

The bowl really helps to complete the 8 quart mixer, especially for home use. It is well made, NSF rated, dishwasher safe stainless steel, fits even better than the original 8 quart bowl, and is much easier to use. As a bonus, it fits easily, even to my small dishwasher for ease of cleanup.

This smaller bowl for my 8QT mixer is great! I can make a small batch of frosting or brownies and have the bowl appropriate for the job!

i got this because the mixer comes with an 8 qqt which is just too large for small mixes, this fits perfect. a but shallow so slow speeds needed to start

This is a really handy bowl to have for smaller jobs in the large, 8qt mixer. It stacks onto the 8qt bowl for easier storage. It shipped quickly and was packaged nicely. If you do a fair amount of smaller batch items, this bowl is a worthwhile investment.

Great way to convert the 8qt to a 5qt for small batches, so that the beater and hook work well with small quantities ( as they don't if quantities are too small in the big bowl)
