The Imperial Range Pro Series IR-G60T-E 60" electric range with 60" griddle and 2 standard ovens is designed to be a versatile and efficient addition to your establishment! This unit's 60" griddle top is designed with a highly polished, 3/4" thick steel plate surface, making it perfect for cooking a variety of foods from pancakes and eggs to grilled cheese and even burgers! Heating elements are positioned across the griddle section, keeping the temperature even and consistent. The steel construction also provides the unit with excellent heat retention and quick recovery. Plus, this unit features a 4" wide grease trough and large, removable grease can for easy cleaning.

This unit also features 2 standard, 26 1/2" wide ovens with one chrome oven rack each for your low-volume baking and warming needs. The ovens have a 5.3 kW output with an adjustable temperature range of 150 - 500 degrees Fahrenheit and durable, cast aluminum controls with a heat protection grip. A unique baffle is situated above the heating element to keep cooking temperatures even throughout each oven, while a splash screen protects the element from food spills. The ovens have a porcelainized interior for easy cleaning, as well as a porcelainized, stamped, inner door liner for excellent heat retention. Standard 18" x 26" sheet pans will fit in these ovens in either front-to-back or side-to-side positions.

Boasting a stainless steel exterior with welded, polished stainless steel seams, this unit provides outstanding durability in your busy, commercial establishment. The large, 5" landing edge also offers ample space for convenient plating. With sturdy, stainless steel, 6" adjustable legs, you'll have no trouble finding the perfect spot for this unit among the rest of your kitchen equipment. This unit requires a hardwired 240V, 3 phase electrical connection.
