This unit boasts (6) 32,000 BTU PyroCentric™ cast iron, anti-clogging burners with a low-simmer option to cook multiple items at once. With two rings of flame, this unit ensures even heating regardless of pan size.

The 12" x 12" cast iron grates are durable for long-lasting use and are safe to lift-off for quick cleaning. This unit features raised burners, allowing easy and safe accessibility. Plus, with an anti-clogging pilot, the grates are protected from grease and debris for safe use.

The unit has a durable stainless steel construction with welded and polished seams and a 5" large landing edge ideal for plating. The cast aluminum control knobs include heat protection grips to protect users hands for added safety. It also has a full width removable crumb tray for easy cleaning at the end of the day. Complete with 4" heavy-duty legs with adjustable feet, this unit can be easily placed on an equipment stand or refrigerated base. A natural gas connection is required for operation.
