    I have to say upon reading this book there was a lot of insightful material on not only training new employees, but being able to retain and keep the ones that do their job. A lengthy read, but worth it for any new or established restaurant owner / manager.

    For a new manager that has never hired or has little experience with hiring and training this book is pretty good. I feel like you could find a lot of the material elsewhere for free but it is a decent collaborative of material.

    the book was great to remind myself of those things that I once valued, but have let slide by. You are only as good as your staff performs. Remind yourself how to treat them and how to weed out the ones that bring your business down.

    Great book. 'How to Hire, Train & Keep the Best Employees", is great for any first time managers. It has many helpful tips and tricks on training your employees. I greatly advise this purchase.
