This book is a necessity for any type of kitchen. Obviously it has all of the HACCP and Sanitation rules inside. I let my new employees borrow it and then give them a quiz to make sure they know what they are doing.

Bought a couple of these books for my kitchen staff! Not all of them are serve safe certified, but I wanted them to still know all the proper sanitation procedures! Great read and has helped improve our health and safety score!

This book is really great to have in any bakery, restaurant, or country club. It allows all workers to know everything there is to know about food sanitation!

This HACCP handbook is great to have at your restaurant. you want to make sure your staying up to date with all the new standards and codes for when the health inspector comes around!
