Continuous feed food mills are perfect for users who require more output than with a traditional, manual food mill, yet not quite as much as with a motorized model. They are ideal for pureeing large quantities of tomatoes for tomato-based sauces.

Disc Buying Guidelines

In general, choose the disc size based on:

  1. The seed size or
  2. How fine you want the end results

Special Note

Always remember to blanch or boil foods before using a  food mill so that they are soft enough to go through the holes. Otherwise you  risk breaking your food mill or obtaining less than desired results.
