This kettle is designed to evenly distribute heat from all sides eliminating hot spots and yielding consistently ideal results. With a self-contained, gas-heated steam source this kettle can accommodate temperatures between 150 and 295 degrees Fahrenheit.

This unit was built with safety and sanitation in mind. All controls are mounted in a water-resistant housing to avoid damage and frequent repairs. The exterior of the kettle has a bright, high-buff finish, adding a sleek touch to your kitchen while allowing for easy cleaning and maintenance. The reinforced rim of the kettle features a convenient butterfly-shaped lip that helps to prevent spills while pouring. Additionally, this unit has a self-locking, smooth-operating, manual tilt crank for added control when transferring food.

With a durable, solid, one-piece welded, 316 stainless steel construction this kettle is sure to stand up in a commercial kitchen. The unit also features tubular, stainless steel legs with flanged feet that can be adjusted as needed. This unit is complete with simple and clear controls including an on /off switch, temperature knob with 1-10 increments, and indicator lights for "Power", "Heat", and "Low Water". This unit requires natural gas service via a 1/2" NPT gas supply line, as well as a 115V electrical connection. The plug and chord for this unit are not included.
