Plus, an added safety microswitch for the pusher, located on the handle, allows you to stop the grater roll rotation at any time to provide access to the grater mouth in the case of jams.

For easy, stress-free use, this cheese grater features basic on/off buttons to control the start and stop functions. To ensure longevity and durability in your establishment, this cheese grater has a stainless steel grating drum as well as an aluminum grating mouth. Plus, it includes a large receiving tray with a Plexiglass cover to allow for easy containment of your grated product. This electric cheese grater requires a 208V electrical connection for operation.
