This smoker comes with a fixed, center-mounted 3" custom dial thermometer. The thermometer reads between 50 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit for maximum accuracy. Features such as the removable fire basket, 2 air-adjusting intake pipes, an air-adjusting exhaust pipe allow you to make easy adjustments to the temperature, ensuring expert cooking. This smoker includes a 22" plated steel cooking grate, a removable fire basket, a lid hook, a custom dial thermometer, two welded, air-adjusting intake pipes, an air-adjusting exhaust pipe, a caster wheel kit, and two welded steel handles.
