My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?
Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.

This heavy-duty, double-stacked model features a fully porcelainized and spacious oven interior with a 35,000 BTU cast iron burner for optimum output and easy cleanup. As part of Garland's heavy-duty Master series, these powerful ovens provide exceptional heating for faster cooking times that save you money!
The Garland M2R oven's stacked design lets you double your kitchen's efficiency while optimizing your valuable floor space. With a 1 1/4" front gas connection, this unit can be combined with other Master Series units for optimum kitchen production (stand alone units must be specified in the drop down at time of purchase). For reliability and durability, a high-quality piezo electric spark plug provides constant fuel ignition so that you can be sure your oven is ready at a moment's notice.
