This design conveniently replaces the traditional hot water heating source to keep your food hot and fresh during service.

The heat can uses up to 75% less carbon than alternative chafer heating sources and leaves no residue on cookware. With a rapid, non-electric heat source (sold separately) that warms up in less than 10 minutes, it allows you the flexibility to use this chafer in many locations. Since it is powered by a windproof fuel source, this chafer base is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, and it can be used for both hot or cold food displays! It will also prevent workplace injuries and ensure a safer work environment. Staff will no longer be exposed to toxic fumes or carry around hot water, and the EcoBurner is always cool to the touch.
