With a 35-40 lb. capacity, twin fryer baskets with plastic-coated handles, and a 14" x 14" fry pot, you can fry large quantities of food quickly and efficiently. Whether you're frying chicken, french fries, or sweet treats, this fryer will deliver consistent and delicious results every time. It can be used with both a 1/2" NPT and a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection. The 1/2" NPT is accessible through removal of the 3/4" NPT connection.

The high-limit shut-off protector adds an extra layer of safety, automatically shutting off the fryer if the temperature exceeds a certain limit. The snap action millivolt thermostatic control allows you to easily adjust the temperature from 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, giving you precise control over the cooking process. The built-in flue deflector helps to direct heat and exhaust away from the operator, while the 1 1/4" full port ball-type drain valve ensures easy and efficient oil drainage.
